· Manufacturer: Having leased his warehouse for three years, he wanted an opportunity to own the building and buy an adjacent piece of land. Connex found the financing to make that happen.

· Restaurant Franchise: Looking to purchase a building on an outparcel for their franchise acquisition.

· Apartments: Client had three mortgages and the 1st lender wanted to drop him. Found options for the 1st mortgage and provided advice on negotiations for the two subordinate lenders.
