Doug Krueger

With more than 20 years in Commercial Real Estate and Financial Management, Doug has the skills and experience to help you build a capital funding plan that meets your needs.

Doug's Commercial Real Estate experience includes Financing, Due Diligence and Underwriting, Development, Property Management, and Asset Management. He has served as a Regional CFO for the largest mullti-family REIT in the nation and as an Asset Manager with $1 billion portfolios for a major Southeast developer, manager, and owner of commercial real estate and for a firm providing CRE asset management services to international financing concerns.

Lisa Petrocelli Krueger

Lisa began her career in computer programming and analysis.  After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree, she worked for subsidiaries of Ahold and Sara Lee, designing and configuring order entry systems.  She moved on to work for Insignia Financial where she was the lead on their IT acquisition team, developing strategies to integrate various accounting data into existing systems. 

 

After Insignia merged with CB Richard Ellis, she moved on to work for MetLife where she played a lead role in automating the policy production system for the Small Business Group division for MetLife and also led the testing effort for their Y2K conversion.  After Y2K, Lisa worked for Docucorp (DOCC) as a Project Manager and Advisory Engineer.  She has implemented projects for some of the largest insurance, financial services, and real estate companies in the nation. 

Her specific strengths include defining client requirements, establishing a manageable project scope, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining open lines of communication.  After Docucorp was purchased by Skywire in December of 2006, Lisa focused her full attention to cultivating CONNEX Financial business. 

 

She contributes not only her skills as a competent project manager, but also facilitates in requirement gathering, package preparation, lender relations, and customer service.  She will manage your funding plan from design to closing to ensure that your needs are met in a timely manner, with the least effort on your part that is possible.
