What We Do

At ConnexFinancial, we modify our process to meet the needs of our clients - as they define it - but the following outline is designed to give you an idea of how we work with our clients to achieve their goals...

How we begin...
After our client contacts us, we like to meet with you to listen as you discuss your business and your goals. This gives us an opportunity to better understand your business, your financial needs, your goals, and whether we can be of assistance.

Working with our client...
Once we have determined that we can assist you and you are comfortable working with us as your consultant, we enter into an agreement outlining how to proceed.

How we proceed...
After our initial meeting, we review the information discussed and prepare a proposed funding plan to meet your business goals.

During this time, we take some of the basic information collected in our early meetings and begin to identify potential funding sources. We may contact a number of these sources with introductory information about your company to identify the level of interest. We are in close communication with you throughout the process and seek your approval for any information released.

Planning for Growth...
We then meet with you as often as needed to modify the funding plan to ensure it meets your goals. Based on your needs we can help you build a plan beyond just your short-term funding needs and work closely with you as a integral part of your team.

Building a Package...
Assembling a good package for funding sources is critical and we help walk you through the process. Although we need your help in pulling together the pieces and ensuring the accuracy of all items included, it is our job to mix the ingredients to present a winning package. Not only do we assemble this package, but we create an executive summary to highlight the strengths of your business, prepare an analysis of your financial statements as needed, and prepare a strategy for how to proceed with funding.

Finding a Funding Source...
Once we have built a winning package for you, we will then proceed to distribute it to our top choice(s) for funding the designed package.

The Funding Proposal...
As the funding sources respond to the proposal, we present a clear summary of their terms to you for review. Each summary includes a brief narrative describing the terms, highlights of the critical items, a calculation of the cash flow impact, and a determination of the cost of funds to you. With this information in hand, we work closely with you to determine if these terms meet your needs.

Funding...
Once the right funding source and the right terms are identified, we then move forward to close the funding and get the cash you need for growth as quickly as possible. We manage the closing communications and work with you through the entire process. This will include managing last minute information requests from the funder, scheduling the closing location and timing (if necessary), ensuring the proper accounting information is in place for the transfer of funds, and communicating with you throughout the entire process.

After Funding...
We do not disappear after the funding occurs. Not only will we be checking in with you to ensure that everything has happened as promised, but we can be engaged to manage the proper implementation of the funding and/or to provide project management services. We are also able to provide ongoing financial consultation.

As part of CONNEXFinancial's services, we can offer needed Project Management skills. From organizing your funding needs to implementing the equipment you have just acquired, CONNEXFinancial's skills are at your disposal.
